Influenza A Virus Antibody & Antigen
Influenza A Virus antibody and antigen raw materials for immunoassay development, reagent screening and rapid-test optimization. Source: Mouse (Antibody) / E. coli (Antigen); application: Influenza A.
Background
The virus is heat-resistant, inactivated for 1 minute at 100℃ or 30 minutes at 56℃, sensitive to common disinfectants (1% formaldehyde, peroxyacetic acid, chlorine-containing disinfectant, etc.), sensitive to ultraviolet light, resistant to low temperature and drying, vacuum drying or below -20℃ can still survive. Among them influenza a virus often occurs antigen mutation, infectivity is big, transmission is rapid, easy to occur large scale epidemic.
Clinical Significance
1.Clinical diagnosis of swine flu
2. Distinguish the common cold from the viral cold.
Product Parameters
The evaluation result is good, consistent with nucleic acid detection, and the detection rate is high.
