PVC Backing Card is supplied in sheet or roll format with pressure-sensitive adhesive for NC membrane-based strip assembly. Available thicknesses include 0.4mm for dipstick and 0.25mm for cassette strip, with Raw White or Matte White color options.

Adhesive
- Pressure Sensitive Adhesive, biological inert, can be used for NC membrane without backing.
- Peel Strength: ≥12N/in.
- Primary Adhesive: ≥Steel ball#8, under room temp. 25℃, 65%humidity,we use thinner adhesive to reach strong adhesive strength, which can make the strip cutter longer service time with less frequency maintain.
- Lasting Adhesive: ≥48h, under room temp. 25℃, 65%humidity.
